Is there a purpose for a poet to use masculine rhyme throughout the entire poem?

Oh! the things I am learning about Blake are amazing, and I believe that he wrote more with his spirit than his mind at times; prophecy is one of the things he dabbled in enough to show in his work the difference when he actually wrote to publish.
